San Francisco sophisticated appeal

As an affordable residential facility, the client’s goal was to present a living environment that feels inviting and well-appointed, never lacking in personality or accommodation.

High-contrast tones and classic, muted colors deliver a contemporary, sophisticated appeal reminiscent of the San Francisco Bay Area. Enhanced with subtly textured surfaces and textiles along with sometimes whimsical artwork, welcoming spaces are created for residents to enjoy. Acoustical panels adhered to the ceiling offer sound attenuation in rooms where hard-surface materials must prevail for ease of maintenance and longevity.
