SCOPE: The remodel and revitalization of interior finishes, furnishings and artwork for the Community Lodge, Ballroom, Restrooms & Fitness Center. Design, procurement and installation of custom furnishings and millwork. Coordination of specialty signage, including updated code compliant ADA signs.

Vibrant new personality for a familiar setting

To offer multi-generational appeal for both existing and incoming residents, this Active Seniors community center is remodeled every 10 years, integrating more current styles and colors with existing structural features.

Existing wood elements, slate floors, stone-clad walls and large chandeliers provided a classic Craftsman backdrop for a vibrant new personality. New furnishings with clean simple lines were chosen to support each room's unique function, and upholsteries were mindfully selected to complement existing materials. Hospitality-quality carpet tile patterns were designed to define seating areas and original, commissioned artwork was styled to coordinate with the furniture, fabrics and colors. The result was a fresh yet familiar aesthetic achieved throughout the facility.
