Sacramento Metro Chamber | "Perspectives 2005, PULLING NO PUNCHES" | with Sugar Ray Leonard

Due to CDG's support of KFBK's Business Center at the Perspective 2005 event, part of the CDG team had the unique opportunity to meet Sugar Ray Leonard and have a picture taken with him. Thinking there may be a way to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina, CEO Carol Parra asked Sugar Ray if he would autograph the gloves that were brought as photo props. Mr. Leonard graciously agreed and Master of Ceremonies, Tom Sullivan, was on-board and ready to run with this impromptu idea. After he presented this rare opportunity to the crowd, a silent auction ensued, and the Red Cross, raising funds for Katrina victims, collected over $11,450!
