Our Story
Once upon a time…
In 1991 in Roseville, California, Corporate Design Group, Inc., was established with a vision of providing its clients with turnkey solutions from project inception through construction and beyond.
This happens by way of creative design work, reliable resources, and best business practices. Not only have we achieved this vision, but over the years have found many new and innovative ways to deliver those services.
Functionality and productivity are key. However, we believe that design should be creative and tailored to each client's specific goals and project vision. Built on the idea that one size does not fit all, and that no two projects are ever the same, CDG succeeds at combining expertise with innovation.

Christine Horton, Principal, Design Director
Certified Interior Designer #6155
As Design Director, seeing the job completed successfully is Christine's constant goal and has been for over 25 years. The joy of achievement is its own reward for her, as Christine enjoys the fluidity of this work. Whether it's managing the various projects, coordinating installations, or coming up with innovative design solutions, Christine’s approach is always professional, thorough and communicated with detailed clarity.
The world of art came naturally to Christine, who found that form of self-expression early in childhood. Drawing and painting were her true passion and source of pride fueling her to become an art major at California State University, Sacramento. It was through this art program that she ultimately discovered the field of Interior Design. She realized that she could be creative in the business world and this reality changed her focus.
Christine began as an intern at CDG while majoring in Interior Design with a minor in Fine Art and has been working as a Designer at CDG since 1997. This opportunity has allowed her to grow and develop a very rewarding career.
At CDG, Christine embraces the philosophy that no one is an island. She inspires teamwork and has a passion for accomplishment. Christine thrives on variety and enjoys that no two projects are the same. Working at CDG allows her the balance in life to have a fulfilling career and a family that thrives.
The work Christine does at CDG offers diverse experiences and challenges. She is most proud of the project that CDG did for the Kiwanis Family House, which is a facility with a similar purpose to the Ronald McDonald House. Christine and her team were able to obtain donations from many of their vendors which contributed greatly to the success of the project. Together, CDG helped a lot of families by creating comfortable, peaceful spaces for them during difficult times.
